On International Women’s Day, March 8, the fourth volume of the book “Women in Science” was launched at the Pavilion of Knowledge in Lisbon. Our student Constança Quaresma, from 11th A, was invited by Ciência Viva to participate in the event.
“Thank you for inspiring us!” was the panel moderated by Madalena Alves, President of the Foundation for Science and Technology, in which our student Constança participated, giving her contribution as an aspiring young scientist.
Minister Elvira Fortunato was present at the ceremony and joined the initiative in her double capacity as “Woman in Science” and responsible for Science, Technology and Higher Education.
