On November 22, a Lecture on the “Construir-me” (“Building Me”) Project took place in our school, in the scope of DACS, developed in all the 8th grade classes.
This project, through interdisciplinarity and with the support of the school’s Psychology and Supervision Office, aims to work on the theme “Building me”, thus helping our young people to identify their most intrinsic characteristics. In a phase so full of obstacles in their path, adolescence, this theme emerged to help them with answers to some questions, such as: “How do I see myself?”, “How does the other see me?”, “How do I try to create a real or accepted image by the other?”…
In this sense, some personalities and public figures from the television and artistic world were invited – Fernanda Serrano and Jose Condessa – actors, the Fashion Designer Constança Entrudo, the Fashion and Acting Photographer Tomás Monteiro and also our former student Érica Santos, Aesthetic Medicine Professional.
During the event, the speakers helped to answer these questions, showing that, in their professional lives, the (re)construction, creation and improvement of their image is a constant “stage”.
It was an interesting and challenging morning of building in the way of the “Construir-me” (“Building Me”) Project…
