International Curriculum
Cambridge Education Assessment
A set of international education programmes and qualifications with a four-stage pathway from primary to secondary education.
Dual Certification – Cambridge International
Our Double Certification classes, established in 2019, offers a comprehensive School Programme through the Cambridge Pathway alongside our Portuguese National Curriculum. Subjects are mapped across both curriculums to help students understand and apply knowledge in both languages. Students develop problem-solving skills, enhancing their analytical abilities and creativity. By carefully aligning the subjects, our students are able to transfer knowledge across both curriculums, developing a rich understanding of the material.
They become critical and analytical thinkers who are able to approach the material from different perspectives. These are key skills we consider invaluable in today’s world.
Certification
The double certification course aim to provide students with high quality training that will enable them to apply to both national and foreign universities, increasing their chances of success in their future careers. Dual Certification provides a certification that is differentiated from the national certification, which allows the student to finish their studies with two certifications: that of the Portuguese Ministry of Education and that of Cambridge Assessment International Education.
Cambridge Checkpoints
Benchmark assessments measure students’ performance, evaluating their skills and identifying both their strengths and areas for improvement. These assessments are conducted by Cambridge International.

- “Lower Secondary – at the end of Year 8 (“Stage 9”) – October series
